Cashflow
Every month our tenants pay rent and the difference between the collected rent and the expenses represents cashflow that is distributed to our investors.
Leverage
You generally need $100,000 to purchase $100,000 worth of stocks and bonds. Real Estate allows you to utilize leverage, so that same $100,000 can be used to purchase $400,000 (or more) worth of real estate.
Reduce tax liability
According to the tax code, commercial real estate depreciates over the course of 39 years. This means that every year 2.6% of the property’s value can be claimed as a loss against earned income. We use a tool called cost segregation to accelerate this depreciation and capture more of those paper losses up front. This depreciation is passed on to our investors.
Resiliency
While there is risk in any investment, commercial real estate has historically been one of the most stable assets during recessions. Unlike residential houses, the value of commercial real estate is tied to the NOI. That means if people continue to pay rent, the value will remain stable.

That’s why 10% of our profits go towards the fight against childhood cancer and other worthwhile causes that we support.

FOUNDER/INVESTMENT GUIDE

Adam is a father of two boys, husband, real estate investor, professional engineer, and founder of Wayfinder Equity. He will serve as your investment guide with Wayfinder Equity to help you navigate your way to financial freedom. His background in civil engineering and construction management helped develop his strong organizational and problem-solving skills, which are necessary to succeed as a real estate investor.

As the founder of Wayfinder Equity, Adam helps busy professionals invest in real estate without taking on the headaches of becoming a landlord. He also donates a portion of his profits to fund safer, more effective treatments for childhood cancer and support others causes that help children and families in need.
